   Service was terrible, they kicked out the people that were sitting next to us because they had finished eating and were just talking. Maybe if the service was better they would not have to kick people out. The French Toast was supposed to be vanilla but tasted like orange citrus which means they are mixing it with the citrus pancakes. You can get better food and service at any diner in NYC.

   Nice convenient spot for simple brunch near Macys. Good cocktails and friendly service.

   We were seated immediately and our server came quickly. The service and food were both fantastic, and great location close to MSG!

   Brunch was delicious and the wait staff were a pleasure. They let us stay for hours. Thank you so much. We will be returning soon.

   Everything was adequate nothing really stood out. Got eggs Benedict which was decent but the potatoes that came with it were kind of soggy. Also had shakshuka which was yummy but there wasn't enough bread for the amount of tomato sauce it came with. We asked for extra bread and it cost an extra $2. It took a long time to come out and when we finally received the bread it was too crispy to eat. For the price everything cost, I would've come back to this place.

   The perfect brunch place. Amazing from the time you walk in and are greeted by the hostess, to the waitstaff and then the fabulous food. If you are in NYC, a stop at the Harold is a must.

   Food was delicious, they have added new items to their menu. Breakfast items are available all day now. The service was extremely slow, and the server seemed disinterested doing her job.

    Picked the Harold for a business lunch. Ticked all the bases. Quiet environment, decent portions and efficient service without a hefty price tag.
