K dis Not know, that only the Menue is available so we die not use the reservation. The Music was loud, the Restaurant not very attractive otherwise we World have stay with 4 Persons. I would never go back again.

This place was pretty pricey for such a small selection. The food was ok. It wasn’t spectacular but it wasn’t great. I ordered the dumplings and I was just happy they were hot. My daughter ordered the pepperoni flat bread. The price was exorbitant for what she got. Seriously, a frozen pizza would’ve been better. The Reuben was ordered by my husband. It was a nice large portion and overall a very good sandwich. The restaurant was noisy and very messy. I had to change my silverware out for clean set as the one that was given to me had a lot of caked on food. The table was wobbly and being balanced, unsuccessfully, by napkins. I was disappointed in this place. Our server was so nice and you could tell she was trying. She was the highlight of the experience. God bless her. But I won’t be back to The Harrison.

Very slow. Food is acceptable. Very loud music. Bad ambiance. Sat upstairs, felt like an airport cafeteria. Good enough only to fill your hunger.

Terrible. Staff was completely distracted. There didn’t seem to be anyone in charge. Took 45min for a bowl of soup. Just awful.

We had reservations for 5:45pm. Arrived at 5:30 PM. We were seated right away. Took waiter a long time to wait on us just for drinks. Asked us 3 times within an hour and half what we have ordered. Food finally came out after 2 hours of waiting. Cheeseburger was served raw sent back to have it taken off the bill. At that point we were ready to just leave. We come to NYC once a year. We will not be returning to this restaurant.

We had a wonderful experience here. Made an online reservation and were sat promptly at that time with no problems. We had delicious drinks and good food. Our waiter was the absolute nicest! His service was excellent and his cheery attitude was even better. It’s in a very convenient location. Definitely recommend dining here.
