    It was our first time in Lamberville and we had a great dinner at Hawke on a Friday night. The food was amazing. The service was exceptional. So much so, we went for a second time on our second night there. Highly recommend for the quality of food, service and ambience. Personal thanks to Donna and Ricky for their exceptional service and hospitality:)

    Our server, Donna, was very friendly and good at her job. My ribeye was perfectly cooked and a nice cut although slightly over salted. Wife's lamb was also heavily salted but the flavor was really good otherwise and was cooked to perfect temperature. Drink pours were very generous. As is with most steak houses sides are additional. Those we ordered were both delicious and generously portioned.

    Just a great night out! Lucky enough to get a table in the quiet snug! Service firm Donna was perfect; arugula salad was a great light surprise (with orange slices!) halibut special great (mustard sauce!) and my filet au poivre and shoe string fries just what I wanted! Glad we went early, by the time we left it was appropriately mobbed!

    The food was great and the service was even better! We went for the unlimited crab legs but so many other options were excellent as well. Laura, our server, was engaging, funny and a blast!

    This visit was for the Monday night crab legs special. Service by Laura was outstanding, cocktails and food were excellent. The dining room was packed solid the entire time, and the staff was superb in keeping everyone happy. A great evening all around.
