   We took the family for a late lunch, the food was outstanding. It is one of our favourites in the area and never disappoints. Thank you for such a lovely meal!

   We have eaten here many times and today was especially good. I had the Trio Platter which includes belly pork, beef, chicken with stuffing, roast potatoes, Yorkshire pudding and veggies. Portion was really good and food was excellent. Was a little loud for about 30 minutes as the room was full but it did then quiet down

   From start to finish the staff and the food was top marks as was the the staff. very helpful will recommend the horseshoes to all my friends. Sunday platter and the Sunday roasts 10/10

   A lovely Sunday lunch as always. Would definitely recommend. Food delicious and served in a pub with character.

   This is my favourite place to eat. It was a cold Saturday afternoon and not only was the central heating on but the log fire burned steadily. It was a delight. The food and service were, as always, excellent. We all had the monkfish curry which was delicious.

    Food and ambience were good but the service was abrupt and we were told that the table needed to be relaid twenty five minutes before the end of the allotted two hours. We left without dessert or coffee and will not rush back.
