   Fantastico! Fermin, our lovely server, was incredible — and our meal was so delicious. We stayed at the hotel so we had an even better experience overall! 5* all the way. Be sure to dress up—this is a refined, special place. We saw a few people in shorts and sneakers… a shame, really. The restaurant explicitly states “elegant dress”.

   Top-notch experience, my friends, and I travel to Puerto Vallarta every year and always look forward to having dinner at the at this restaurant. The service is amazing, the food is delicious, the establishment is clean. For sure going continue to be on our list every time we visit PV .

   Always a great experience. Have been there a handful of times now and will always make a point of going when I’m in PV. Service and food are always great. Ami Ambiance is amazing. Love taking my pic on the stairs by her picture :)

   This is my fourth visit and from the view to the food it never disappoints. This is a must-do when in Puerto Vallarta from the history, atmosphere, and the food & drink. This place is one of a kind.

   Great “Instagram” place, fine dining. The food is good and service is excellent. Amazing views and design. They send you a note of a strict dress code… when we got there several people were in Jeans and Tshirt l, which I find too casual for this place.

   We loved everything about this restaurant! It is absolutely breathtaking! The view from their rooftop location is spectacular. The restaurant itself is stunning along with its romantic history. The food was top notch as was the service. We couldn’t have asked for a lovelier evening to celebrate a special occasion!

    Fabulous food selection , service , ambiance & beautiful violin music. Very reasonable price , includes bottomless mimosas . The new Bloody Mary bar is additional but well worth it
