* The Iguana Restaurant is an open-air restaurant, that overlooks the city of Puerto Vallarta and serves contemporary Mexican cuisine in an elegant ambiance. Retractable walls take advantage of gentle coastal breezes and crystal chandeliers add soft light while water dances in the adjacent courtyard fountain. The dining room wraps around an outdoor patio with shady palms and another central fountain. In between is nestled the boutique Tequila Bar, serving a wide array of top-flight tequilas and mezcals.

    I made this reservation for my cousin and his wife that were visiting PV. It is one of our favorite places when we are there, and wanted them to try it. I also purchased a gift card for them to use, and the staff there was great about presenting it to them when they arrived. They had a wonderful time and loved every bit of it! Thank you to the staff for making this work!

    A wonderful and unforgettable evening. I am so glad we came here for our 38th anniversary. I want to come back for every anniversary. The drinks, ceviche appetizers , seafood entrees and the wonderful guayaba dessert with house vanilla ice cream - All of it was delicious and beautifully presented. I can’t wait to return and bring my family here!

    What a great celebration at the Iguana. The food and service was exceptional. The Mariachi Band added a special touch to this birthday celebration. This is my fifth time and each visit gets better and better.
