   Lovely views from the terrace tables but a little chilly. Staff friendly. Food tasty and reasonably priced. A great place for a pre theatre dinner as only a 5 minute walk to Venue Cymru

   A wonderful place to have lunch and relax. All staff are courteous, friendly and professional. The food is excellent and the vegetarian/vegan options are superb Would definitely recommend and we have made a further lunch booking.

   Good food experience. Dishes well presented and food really good. Good selection of wines too, although range by the glass limited. The venue did not seem to be aware that this was a special birthday treat. Cocktails to kick off the evening arrived after the wine, almost together with the first course. It did not seem relaxed at this point. But as the evening wore on, the order was restored and service got better. Overall, a good dining option and a worthy holder of 2 AA rosettes for the food quality.

   We had a table in the Terrace which looked out onto the sea front . Tables were well spaced. Went there for a lunch prior to the Theatre. It was pleasant and the food was tasty and prices were fine. Staff attentive and friendly. Only a 5 minute walk from the theatre. What is there not to like.

   Food was exceptional, compliments to the chef. The waiter that served us had only been there for a week, but treated our family very well, especially as my son asked him a lot of questions. The only let down was how we received at the reception, with the lady insisting I could not have possibly booked online as online bookings were closed , even though I had my confirmation. In future, as the reception is the first port of call we advise that outside guests are received much better and not to be made to feel that we are going back to the 1960’s were discrimination was very prominent!

   Really enjoyed our afternoon tea .. plenty of delicious food sandwiches fresh .. cakes lovely choice definitely recommend

   What a beautiful place to stay. Relaxed, peaceful and wonderful staff. The breakfast and resturaunt meals we had were exceptional. The Imperial is a must if your holidaying in Llandudno.

   Great atmosphere, staff were superb. Will definitely recommend the Imperial to my friends and would not hesitate in going again.

   Lovely afternoon tea with a fab view of the fireworks. Young man called George looked after us and notning was too much trouble. Would definitely recommend.

    We had a lovely meal And we were very happy with all our choices Our steaks were delicious Staff were excellent And we had seats in conservatory area We will definitely be going back on our next visit to llandudno
