The Italiano, the newest masterpiece by Chef Joey Maggiore and his team of culinary geniuses, located at 90th Street and Shea Blvd. in Scottsdale, the elevated Italian restaurant will be The Maggiore Group’s sixth concept introduced to the Valley’s award-winning dining scene.

The Italiano exudes an ambiance of casual elegance, blending warmth with sophistication, while offering authentic Italian dishes that transport you to the very heart of culinary tradition in Italy. The menu will feature the flavors of old-school red sauce Italian cuisine with a Chef Joey touch. Interactive tableside experiences will include an antipasto cart where guests can curate their own plate with over 30 different items. There will also be a must-try Limoncello cocktail cart and a Zabaione dessert cart.

The Italiano's lounge and bar will be open at 3pm, and reservations will begin at 5pm for main dining.

Very impressed overall. Our server, Rae, was excellent!! I had rigatoni ala vodka with prawns - superb. Will be going back.

The food was all very good, but overpriced. While the salad and grilled octopus appetizers were both above par, the grilled Bronzino and Pasta Mare were satisfactory but not $48 dishes. The service and atmosphere were both just OK. Bottom line, this is a premium priced restaurant without the edge to justify it.

Place is great, short rib lasagna is a 10/10 along with the expresso martini. Highly recommend

Our experience was exquisitely wonderful and the Short Rib Lasagna was truly the best we've ever had. Kudos to our server Nadia for the recommendations and great service. Also, the pianist was amazing and we truly enjoyed our evening.
