    It was a delicious and lovely food and love the ambiance of the restaurant . We’ll be there again on the 29th of Dec. for an afternoon tea with friends.

    I made a reservation at this establishment for my husband's birthday, and we were eager to enjoy a pleasant evening. Unfortunately, our experience was marred by several issues. The environment was excessively noisy, which detracted from the celebratory atmosphere. Additionally, we were seated at a wobbly table. Upon notifying our server about this issue, he assured us that he would address it, yet he did not follow through and continued his duties as though no promise had been made. We subsequently raised our concerns with the manager, who rectified the situation. However, the server explained the chosen menu poorly, and the overall service was notably delayed. We found ourselves needing to request water repeatedly throughout the meal. Overall, the experience fell short of our expectations. Due to the circumstances, I chose not to leave a service charge, as I felt deprived of the exceptional experience that we had anticipated. I will not be recommending this restaurant to others.

    I loved the ambience . Food was good but extremely disappointed with the service. Considering it’s part of Ivy the level of service was very poor.

    Overall the sushi was disappointing, service was ok but I definitely won’t be hurrying back. My fried said she would have got better sushi at Itsu.
