    We have visited on a few occasions but were disappointed to be seated in a small room downstairs this time. Very small table for 5 people and very cramped . Not sure we will visit again after this experience .

    We were sat downstairs, we had booked months ago. We had taken friends for a first visit. The ambience is not the same downstairs

    Very disappointed, disaster Valentine’s Day ( and wedding anniversary) dinner , first we’ve been taken to the wrong table, then sat at the bar waiting 20 min to order the drinks another 20min to get our food ordered ( we had to call the waiter nobody was interested in taking it from us ! ) it’s like we were invisible all night my wife had empty glass for an hour nobody bothered to ask if she watnted another drink , we have chosen valentine menu the honeycomb cheesecake never came to our table … shocking !!!!….forever rose never came to the table ( I had to ask before we left)! Disgraceful service! You shouldn’t charge for it ! Never again
