    The service was very slow and we had to call the waiter each time to place the order and ask to bring drinks and the Wagu beef was very cold

    The worst Ivy Asia experience we’ve ever had! We booked the tasting experience, from the lack of attentiveness from our waiter, to the having to ask repeatedly for bottles of water for the table, pouring our own water once he brought it and walked off. Chasing a different waiter to place our order which was already pre booked. Having to use the same plates for every single tasting course, and requesting a new plate for our mains, staff not removing dishes after each course, or wiping down the table. Broken desert bowl which leaked the ice and liquid nitrogen all over the table. Forgetting the birthday dessert and having to wait 15mins for it. Even though I had pre booked it. Needless to say we complained to a manager. Having been to two other Ivy Asias in London this is not the standard we expected and it ruined my parents birthday dinner. Sadly none of us will be returning to this branch.

    We visited Ivy Mayfair Asia to celebrate a birthday, and it was such a memorable experience. The staff made us feel special. They brought over a complimentary ;ovely birthday treat with a candle, which was a really thoughtful and generous touch. The highlight of the evening, though, was definitely the dessert. The Dragon Dessert is an absolute showstopper—it’s not only stunning to look at, but it’s also a delightful selection of different treats. Personally, I loved the coconut ice cream with passion fruit—such a nice balance of creamy and tangy. The ambiance at Ivy Mayfair Asia is worth noting—vibrant, colorful and bold yet warmly inviting. If you’re looking for a place to celebrate an occasion, I highly recommend Ivy Mayfair Asia!

    This isn't our first time visiting the Ivy Asia, however we normally go to the one at St Pauls. Mayfair was a first and it was everything we hoped it would be. The staff were absolutely outstanding - all of them went above and beyond to be helpful and courteous. And we have decided that we will be coming back at the beginning of Feb to experience it again.
