    Fantastic space and a unique experience. We got the Premium Experience and it was just too much for two people and the consistency was not there. The yellowtail, Wagyu, chicken and dessert were amazing! But the shrimp dumplings were actually way too fishy. And the duck and cod were marginal. The sax player was exceptionally cool. But the overall noise level from the DJ and everything else was more like a club. Not my kind of place. I suffered from sensory overload.

    We’ve been to Ivy Asia before. The food and service was excellent. Unfortunately we were next to the DJ so conversation was difficult at times. The only issue we had was being asked to vacate the table while we were still eating and drinking. I appreciate that it’s busy but we had to wait 30 mins to get our table in the first place. So not too happy about being pressed to hurry up. Our servers were very attentive and as said the food is very good. Maybe you need to allow more of a gap between table bookings.

    We were 6 friends celebrating our Bride to Be Hen Do. Everybody was welcoming since the first second we arrived. We choose a variety of food, everything delicious and well prepared and presented. Our experience was 10 to 10 as everybody was taking care of our friend making sure that we had the best dinner. Overall outstanding experience!

    The food was great, but service was shocking. We booked a table at 7pm, we had to wait 25 minutes because they said somebody was at our table. They then made us sit on a table for 2 (there were three of us), which barely fitted our group. Half of our main dishes came out. We waited for about 20 minutes and no sign of the rest of the dishes. We asked the waiter and he said he wasn’t bringing them because our table was too small and we had no room! He wanted us to finish our other dishes first. We ordered a bottle of wine and we had to ask them to fill up glasses as they took the bottle away. When we asked them to remove the service charge from the bill, they didn’t do it and they then had to issue a refund. The service really let down the night.
