As always, this location feeds my soul. Another amazing lunch, not super busy, and as always, excellent service . I think I need to become a member . Food is always amazing. I recommend the Lychee Martini, and the small plates are a great way to share

We booked our table very early at 11:45 and we're the first ones in so could see the interiors and how they are laid out. Service was excellent, we had the festive tasting menu for 2, there was so much food, we struggled to get through it and left some. We took our puddings away in a box. Be prepared excludig alcohol to pay £75 - £100 per head for an epic experience. Would definitely go back. I took my daughter for her birthday as she wanted to go and it was fantastic.

I was blown away by the vibe of this place! Between the music, ambiance, table setting, and Christmas crackers, this place was amazing. We chose the festive menu. I don’t realize you get all of the food on the menu! I thought you chose one app, entree, and dessert. Plate after plate of delicious food came out and it could have fed six people. The only improvement i would recommend is that you need bus boys to clear the plates and empty glasses. The server kept looking for places to set down the food, however, the table was cluttered with dishes. I literally had to tell them to clear the glasses and dishes.

The ambience was amazing! However the service did not match, many of the staff seemed unhappy to be there. Simple things like providing cutlery and taking away finished plates were things I had to keep chasing. Our waiter had no knowledge about the menu or the wines. Really wasn’t what I expected and in general I think customer service everywhere is in severe decline so I expected more from a place like The Ivy (Asia).

We have been to the Ivy Asia several times. We went for the premium festive menu but the time allocated to our table one hour and 45 mins was not enough. Brando the manager spent time showing me his iPad and the guests due to come in whilst my main course got cold and I was told I would have to move to the bar bar for my dessert. This spoilt our experience and actually there was no need to move. Premium price sub standard experience. I would visit again but not at Christmas they has not got their formula right.

Good food, incredibly noisy (the music got really, really loud after 10pm (more like a club). Might be because it was Xmas but you had to really shout to have any conversation with your guest(s). We noticed this on a table for 6 opposite us. They were struggling to be heard across the bigger table to one another. Crazy. Aside, the services was good but brusque. The waiters were obviously told to speed everyone through asap. We had to tell them to slow it down a bit. There was no respite between courses and as we were dining on a several course, tasting menu, you need a break between courses and not have someone tell you the dreaded, “the menu is a sharing menu and the food comes when it’s ready”. Argh! It suits the kitchen maybe but not the customer. Why doesn’t anyone acknowledge this? Anyhow, food was good. Service efficient (if too much so at times), location was good (overlooking the lovely, lit up St Paul’s cathedral) and as I say, it has the wow factor (the decor is amazing). Just far too noisy, which then encouraged the younger clientele to get more rowdy. And up and up the noise lever went. Again, as I say, might be as it’s Xmas. Will try again in the new year and see how it differs.

We had the most amazing time there. The food was really nice and well prepared as well as really good portion sizes. Music was really good specially later in the evening. We were served by Troy who was very friendly and helpful with a great smile. Thank you to everyone.

We have been to this restaurant a few times before so knew what we were getting and it didn’t disappoint. The food was amazing. Beautifully presented and lots of it. Great sounds from the dj too. If you haven’t given this a try then do. You won’t be sorry
