   Booked very last minute for an outdoor table (as that was the only option available ) however it wasn’t open when we arrived. The staff on the front door were so friendly and helpful and managed to get us a place at the bar upstairs. The food was lovely and the ambiance was lovely with a cellist playing in the corner

   Absolutely thoroughly enjoyed our evening. The service and attention to detail was so impressive. The food was beautiful and I don't think I've ever seen my husband enjoy a steak as much as he did at the Ivy Cardiff. The only flaw I'd mention, if considered a flaw, more a personal opinion really, was the music level was a tad too high so we couldn't fully enjoy the romantic sounds of the harpist. Otherwise everything was exactly what I'd expect and was a real treat for us. Finally the little birthday dessert treat was a lovely surprise. Thank you so much to all the staff.

   Enjoyable surroundings, lovely place for special occasions (ie Birthday’s), only ever had afternoon tea there, every time your made to feel special from the minute you enter the door.

    The service was spectacular, the olives, rib eye and the chocolate bombe were exceptional. The stand outs were certainly the mocktails. Especially the boba tea! Excellent value and decor. This is the first time there and will certainly not be the last! Highly recommended!
