    There was lots of choice on the menu. The food we had was delicious and the service was excellent. However, the live music - which was very good- was also incredibly loud. We had to shout over it to make ourselves heard.

    A great afternoon with good quality food. Service was slower and ad-hoc with drinks which was disappointing. Live singer was an added surprise which really changed atmosphere for better.

    We visited The Ivy City Garden for dinner before a show. The staff was amazing and the food was wonderful! I had the Crispy Duck Salad as an entree and my husband had the Shepherds Pie. Both were delicious! I’d definitely eat there again!

    The restaurant was very busy as it was a Thursday lunchtime but service was slow and one of our orders was incorrect which meant a delay for one guest. The Ivy did give a complimentary glass of wine and fresh vegetables but it was disappointing for an Ivy restaurant.

    The other Ivy's I've been to have always been very good. Unfortunately this one was poor, the food wasnt presented as usual and was under seasoned, the wine was forgotten, a knife missing, pepper grinder broken, the poor waitress was run off her feet so clearly understaffed which led to delays and mistakes.

    Food was sublime but the service was not. Repeated requests had to be made for water and drinks which was a real shame. Our entire party ordered steaks and they were all delicious. The restaurant is stunning and although it was full we still found conversation easy.

    Maybe just a bad morning but service was terrible. Food and drinks delayed and cold.

    Poor service from start to finish and some food choices not available from menu. After 2 hours we were not yet finished and were not seated until 15 mins after our allocated seating time.
