Lovely venue with attentive staff and very reasonable pricing. Would recommend whether it be a catch up with family/friends or an after work occasion with colleagues

Amazing vibes! We had the Ragu & Sheppards pie along with a chocolate orange martini & old fashion. We ended with amazing caramel bread pudding, so decadent! Highly recommend this restaurant!

An attractive menu, based on the 'real' Ivy (which I like), but our two fish dishes were overcooked and dry. The rest of the food was good, but the big issue was atrocious service. It took nearly two hours to get our main course, during which time the next table sat down, ordered, ate two courses and got their bill. When we finished our meal the waiter still did not appear to clear the table and we had to grab a sommelier to get our bill after a fifteen minute wait. Apart from that it's rather noisy, but some people like that. For me the hopeless service means I will never go there again.

Went for Valentines Day. We were supposed to receive a red rose per booking. This was not given. Ordered our mains and sides were not bought with meal. When asked we were told they were not included. Having looked at the menu again today they should have been included in the price. We ordered still water when we first sat at the table it didn’t arrive till half way through the mains after being prompted. Desserts arrived incorrectly and had to wait for one of the desserts to arrive 10 minuets later. Think it might have been our waiters first day as he didn’t seem to know what was going on or what he should be doing.

Great meal at the city garden branch for Valentine’s Day. The meal was made by the impeccable service from Iva the manager and her colleagues Miraj and Kymani (apologies on spelling). Couldn’t fault the service at all and it was so impressive that we will definitely be back!

We waited a very long time for our orders to be taken and then a long time to be served both the starter and dessert. We couldn’t get the attention of the waiters. The vegetarian option of linguine with a few mushrooms was uninspiring and overpriced

Very good food, we had the plant based and duck curry. It was quit busy, we were served by 3 different people so the service was okay. The music was a bit loud but still enjoyable live music.
