Very disappointed that they ran out of the Sunday roast options. This was one of the reasons we booked this restaurant as we wanted a Sunday roast of a Sunday 😔

Beautiful aesthetic and great atmosphere. The receptionist however, needs to learn how to treat the guest. LISTEN to the request rather than treating us like aliens.STOP being rude to non Irish Also, we waited for 35 minutes at the bar to get to the table. Why do you take so many bookings if you can't manage the timeline

For us it was too loud and too many people. The starter was gorgeous ( tartare) , the main good as well (steak).

There are a lot of staff, they just don’t look at the diners, so getting their attention is difficult. Signalled at about 8 staff to take initial drinks order 20 minutes after being seated. The bill was incorrect and sadly had to be redone FOUR times. Original bill €190 corrected bill (after 3 attempts) €160. This isn’t an isolated incident, I go to the Ivy regularly, bill is always incorrect. Beautiful venue though!
