    Immerse yourself in the magic of the season with our Festive Set Menu. Enjoy two coursed for £55 or three for £60 and delight in our show-stopping festive dishes, selection of fine wines and seasonal cocktails. Tables of 7+ must book our Group Festive Set Menu experience. Guests dining on our Festive set menu can choose between two or three courses for lunch, available from 11:30am - 6:30pm.     The burgers were dry. The service was slow, poor and clumsy. I wanted to have a nice experience for lunch with my daughters and it was just a disappointment.

    I was disappointed that a Xmas festive dessert, which I was eager to try, was only available as part of a set menu. I had hoped to order it à la carte according to the a la carte menu. I felt misled, as I was under the impression that all menu items were available individually. the food was not as advertised. I ordered little helper colada, which looked vastly different from the image in the menu. The presentation was unappealing. This was not the quality I was expecting, especially considering the price point.

    So disappointed with the service. Staff were very impatient to take our order. Zero conversation or personality. Felt like we were a hindrance and they needed to get us in and out ready for next sitting. We couldn’t order desserts due to next guests arriving….or so they said. For what you pay, definitely not value. Eaten in much much better Ivy’s with staff who actually care!

    Our booking was 12:45. Arrived early , didn’t have to wait for our table and went straight to our space and was served straight away which I thought was great, usually restaurants keep you waiting till your booking, this wasn’t the case and the afternoon was lovely . Thank you Ivy and your staff

    Service and restaurant lovely. However for the breakfast the products were poor, sausage and hash browns clearly of low value and worse than the local cafe. A shame, devaluing the ivy brand by such actions.
