Great meal at the Ivy. Had a slight issue with the steaks not being cooked according to the order but they re-did them and they were then perfect. To apologise they kindly offered us deserts on the house which was very much appreciated. Would definitely recommend and we will return. The customer service was excellent and was exactly what I would hope for if things don't go 100% correct.

Two of the three people eating chose steak and both dishes were extremely salty - unnecessarily so. The other dish was fine. The after effects were extreme dry mouth in the middle of the night, interrupted sleep and the need for lots of water! Overall the dinner was very expensive for what it was and the service throughout was very, very slow - 2 hours for 2 courses, despite this exceeded the maximum seating time which The Ivy normally inflicts on you when it is busy and wants your table back.

No room to make the most basic menu change. Drinks got there after food (after a 20 minute wait we had to ask for the drinks again). Had to get new cutlery because the my set at the table was dirty. No apologies from staff. Was handed new cutlery which also was dirty. No apologies from staff. Asked for service to be removed, no questioning on why. Seems they didn't care about what could’ve gone wrong.

A New Years Night To Remember. Whilst the theme was The Circus, there were no clowns on duty. A tall lady welcome, lots of staff sparkle and pizazz all under the supervision of a Red Coat Ring Master. Even the Menu's are worth saving, for the grandchildren of course, to tell them about the Big Top experience.

Excellent food. Helpful & friendly service. Great ambience. Ordered from festive menus. All dishes ordered were excellent. Desserts were especially unique & delicious. Another nice experience at one of The Ivy restaurants.
