Never offered the Valentine menu whilst we waited at the bar for our table. Surrounded by other couples with red roses. My wife of 39 years was not amused!

Good service however we arrived early and sat at the bar for a drink our table was booked for 5.30pm they forgot about us and we had to remind staff twice didn’t get table till 6pm

Food was very good, coffee cold but can’t complain as food was very nice.

We were very disappointed last night ,asked foe a romantic table ,this was not achieved ,the table wobbled and the service and food was very poor . We have dinned at the Ivy lots of times and this was the worst experience we have had for a long time .

We had a really lovely time here and the food was excellent. It was extra special with the surprise birthday treat

Good food but the service was terrible! Was too busy and took far too long to get a drink and also food.

Anniversary dinner in Edinburgh was pretty much perfect - nice ambiance and great food ! Also we had Giovanni, a very pleasant waiter. We tried several dishes - duck salad, zucchini fritti, squid, fish and chips, and an excellent Shepard pie.

Great example of good food and amazing service Would of given 5* but the wine served wasn’t cold and we had to ask for ice.

The food and service was excellent. A special mention must go to Martha who served us. She was excellent and everything ran so smoothly. Overall great experience
