We were on a table at the back of the bar and it was a little missed by the waiting team occasionally, like when we wanted the bill. During the meal though the service was excellent with frequent checking our drinks and food was OK. One of our table had the Christmas meal but we didn't get any crackers. Only thought about it when we got home. The snowman desert was fab.

Fabulous decor and great ambience with good food of typical high quality one associates with the Ivy. Attentive friendly service. Loved the Christmas decorations. How nice to find a good brasserie that is comfortable and not too noisy!

Friendly staff always look after us when I bring my parents, Dad is in a mobility scooter and the staff are very helpful and attentive
