Enjoy two coursed for £55 or three for £60 and delight in our show-stopping festive dishes, selection of fine wines and seasonal cocktails. Tables of 7+ must book our Group Festive Set Menu experience. Guests dining on our Festive set menu can choose between two or three courses for lunch, available from 11:30am - 6:30pm. We are constantly visiting this local restaurant as a permanent customers. This time were noted new staff, just awful to compare with previous teams. Very slow and inattentive staff. They Constantly forgot our asking to bring some extra stuff, didn’t proposed the sugar with the tea , brought the tea but without tea pot 😂. As a child they were today. Disappointed, in short.

Lovely visit as always! Ivy is always a safe choice when it comes to food - splendid as usual. Love this year's Christmas dessert - The Snowman - so clever!

I had been gifted an Afternoon Tea voucher and was looking forward to my first visit to the Ivy, Richmond. A nice experience, but no decaffeinated Breakfast tea was available, unacceptable! One of the filled rolls didn’t taste quite right, and there were only 3 each to start with, and quite small too. Very noisy too. We were put on a tiny table along the walkway right by the work station, not the best position. Service was very good though. I was going to gift my son a voucher for Xmas, but because of the above, decided against it. And to give some context I had another Festive Afternoon Tea a couple of days later, at The Perch on Lancing Beach West Sussex, so so much more delicious and plentiful, with decaf tea! and a third of the price!

The food and service were great, but the strong fishy smell upon entering was off-putting. Improving ventilation could enhance the experience. Thank you!

Staff had been very helpful in increasing the numbers in my booking. Warm welcome on arrival m, the requested sparkling wine was produced immediately. Great service and a lovely evening all round, the birthday choux bun was a thoughtful extra.

Arrived to a clean bustling yet calm atmosphere. Plenty of floor staff being kept busy but never seeming to be getting in anyone's way. Wonderful decor and greeted by a young lady with a smile and a bounce in her step. Food was very good with price for mains reasonable but starters and dessert very pricy and equally, though tasty the portion size was a let down. Service was good and attentive when needed.
