Chaotic experience. 10 mins to check in on arrival, tables not cleared from previous guests, cold food, management team flapping. Service was also poor, having to ask and re-ask for things. Shame, as I’ve always liked this brand.

It was very noisy. I asked the concierge to put my phone on charge and when I got it back it hadn’t been charged. The waitress was looking after too many tables and I felt invisible much of the time. But the food was very good, as always!

The usual service standards as we know it from the ivy, we were given a booth for a booking of six which seemed to be very tight. I was surprised to see a group of eight in the same booth next to us. Food was as expected, ambience was a little off - too loud to have a conversation. Potentially can soften up with some dividers.

Massively disappointing from start to finish. We have eaten at the Covent Garden location many times and there is no comparison. My order came out covered in a sauce which I had asked be served on the side. The replacement was stone cold and didn’t appear until well after my friends had finished eating. Complimentary coffees never arrived, ice had to be requested several times. They also forgot the birthday note I had left at the time of booking. The entire meal was made complimentary after we complained but the damage was done. Such a shame.

Amazing from the moment I walked in, friendly staff.. beautiful decor and ambience. Waiters were attentive but not in your face. Friendly and Charming. Food was amazing , drinks delicious and plentiful. Love it here x

I was a solo diner and made to feel very welcome and looked after. Food was delicious as usual and staff were wonderful. Highly recommend as convenient and great experience
