    Best afternoon tea in York you get an all round mix of savory and sweet plus they refill your tea and will refill you sandwiches which is a nice touch. Service impeccable as always

    Fantastic service from start to finish. Food nice and hot shepherds pie needs a side dish but worth the value especially with a nice glass of red at a reasonable price for the name

    Went for the breakfast special and it diddnt disappoint a nice breakfast and you get 2 pastries and a juice included. Service top notch as expected looking to book for mothers day breakfast hopefully there’s still space

    Fabulous afternoon tea great options and you certainty get your moneys worth. Service was exactly what you would expect from and Ivy top notch great to see senior management setting the example and getting stuck in. The gentleman on the door was genuine and made us feel very welcome on arrival. All in all a lovely afternoon nothing less than you would expect from an Ivy

    Sunday lunch not to our taste. I expected sliced chicken breast not large pieces with skin on. Plates and food not hot enough

    Friendly staff, good wine selection and great food. Music was a little loud but did get turned down. Would go again.

    We thought the cakes were very standard and not very special. Also there was not enough jam and cream for 4 scones. Didn’t think it was value for money.

    Lovely restaurant. Staff were attentive, friendly and helpful. Food was delicious. A really enjoyable experience.
