We were served by 2 waiters, the reason for 4stars and not 5 was down to the first waiter, he did his job but was not personable at all..quite cold and uninterested. The second waiter in comparison was fabulous, a breathe of fresh air and a credit to the company - training on interpersonal skills definitely required in this job! Thank you for making the experience lovely me second waiter!

Such a lovely venue: fantastic facilities and wonderful service. The menu offers something for everyone and the food is always consistently fabulous. I love it here.

A pleasant lunch with friends; however table we were given was in a rather noisy & busy area, so it was difficult to hear what friends were saying. When we checked menu prior to booking there were more options for the starters on the 2 courses for £19.95, so as a vegetarian that was a bit disappointing. Service was friendly, food was good.

A friendly reception led to a very enjoyable evening celebrating my wife’s birthday. We have visited the Ivy a number of times and it maintains a very high standard. Thank you Ivy.

Wonderful service both from our waiter and then a manager who dealt beautifully with an issue with my steak. The ambience and decor is really nice. The food is a mixed bag - some lovely, some less so. The steak was quite a cheap cut and the fresh vegetables were overcooked. The chips, zucchini fritti and chicken Milanese were all great. Cocktails were lovely too. We had a lovely evening but the food was not really the reason for that.

Leeds is one of the best in the Ivy Chain. In my opinion. Pleased the Ivy has now started the Sunday roast service.
