It was very beautiful very delicious. The food was definitely. Excellent. Drinks are a little pricey, but otherwise it was a wonderful experience.

Our server Ramon was so attentive and polite Food was excellent , I had salmon , with price fix Wine a little pricey Lemon custard eclair delicious

We had gone for drinks when they first opened but menu prices were high. We went tonight bc there was a price fix menu advertised. Made reservations on OpenTable and picked price fixed menu. However it was something we had to ask for, wasn’t offered Service on point! Food …. Well I upgraded to the filet mignon first piece served terrible, I did send it back and got a proper piece was then provided. Honestly… it’s Long Island… not Manhattan… very pretty place… for a special menu, or for a special occasion… but definitely not a once a month place

It was deafening couldn’t get away from the noise. The food was average at best took forever to get drinks from the bar. They did take the drinks off the bill after it took forever to get, so that was nice. But will not be returning .

Great food great service. Need to fix waiting time for table. Should not be more then 5-10 min wait. Also air conditioner was to high. Otherwise all great. Staff at desk work very hard to get tables asap.

This was our fourth experience having dinner here, at The Janes, and honestly, it was just as wonderful as the time before! The food and service are absolutely amazing! It is remarkable how friendly every single staff member is, and the food is perfect every time. My husband had the NY Strip with blueberry butter, and loved it, as did our friends who had joined us. They also had to try the flaming sticky toffee and the chocolate layer cake, which was delicious as well. Always a fantastic experience.

Absolutely great dinner. Ambiance and service was great. Food was delicious. Sat in a cute little booth for two. It was perfect. Will definitely be returning.

We got the Price Fix dinner with the Filet Mignon. It was delicious and cooked to perfection. Our server Abby was attentive and professional. The atmosphere was nice and the place is decorated beautifully. A bit pricey, but was worth it for the overall experience. We will go back again!

This was our first time dining at The James, and it certainly won’t be the last!! We were seated upstairs in a private room. The ambiance is elegant, the staff was very attentive. The food was absolutely delicious, as well as the cocktails!! We had a wonderful time, and can’t wait to return!!
