Attention: Please note that all reservations made will be located in our inside restaurant, our tables located in our large pub garden, bar area and covered garden room are available for walk-ins only.

Voted the nation’s favourite family pub, our 18th century village local on the Norfolk coast serves real ales from our microbrewery Brancaster Brewery, home cooked wholesome food, great pub classics including Jolly Smokehouse specials, local seafood, stone baked pizzas and ice cream from a garden beach hut (and not forgetting the largest selection of rum on the coast!).

Brilliant, family friendlies pub with delicious food and wonderfully friendly staff. Plus an excellent play area for kids and live sports.. What's not to like!

There’s a decent local pub here, in a coast full of overpimped gastropubs – but sadly the steak and ale pie was inedible as the steak hadn’t been cooked for long enough, the chips were badly cooked and the mussels, which I thought would be a bulletproof choice – were overcooked and had a very odd aroma. It was also expensive – probably not as much as the poncy White Horse over the road, but a lot for a not very nice meal in a noisy dining room. A disappointment.

Excellent food and service. Our server Jodie was very attentive. Space for young ones to play. Great selection of drinks especially rum. There are a few Norfolk gin and rum on offer too! Excellent Sunday roast. Would definitely recommend anyone to go to Jolly Sailor! We are planning to go again!
