   Had reservation and was seated promptly in the middle of the busiest part of restaurant. Ordered, got appetizer quickly. Waited 1 hour and never got our food. Many people seated after us got their food. We paid for our appetizer and left. Ruined the evening. Don't recommend.

   We were a table of 3, seated and then watched 2 large tables and 1 smaller all be seated and receive their food, while we still hadn't received ours. Asked the waitress, she said she checked and it would be another 10 minutes. 30 min later, still no food, so we asked to talk to the manager - 3 TIMES before a very young very nervous "manager" came to our table. He didn't know why our food was taking so long and said he'd check to see what was going on in the kitchen. No apologies. No offer of a discount, drinks, etc. We finally received our food and it was ok, not spectacular. The waitress never checked to see if it was ok, if we needed anything (we did, but went without). It was our last night after a week on the mountain, and was a horrible experience. Would NEVER go back to this restaurant and would NEVER recommend.

   We made a reservation for 6:15, which was a good thing because otherwise it was a bit of a wait. We sat down and it took about 5 min before someone came over to greet us and get our drink orders. My husband and I ordered drinks from the bar (beer and wine) and the kids just had water. The bar drinks took quite a while to get to us. The appetizers took a while to come out, even though we ordered them with the drinks. And we placed our dinner order as soon as the drinks came to the table. Note the Brussel sprouts are not crispy, they are mushy with lots of blue cheese on top. We were at the table for almost two hours before our food came out of the kitchen. This is way too long for me. The server looked like he had several large parties. All of our waters were completely empty and it took quite some time to fill them up. Would recommend putting pitchers of water on tables for groups of 6 or more. He was friendly and helpful with the menu. The kitchen was likely the hold up on the food though. This is an average restaurant and gives you what you would expect for a tourist location. Next time we will probably cook at the Air BnB.

   Waitress was great. Was served vodka shots instead of kamikaze shots. My husband and I ordered fish and chips and it was served with blue cheese instead of tartar sauce. Was told they were out of tarter so they just put blue cheese dressing as the dipping sauce. The bar was so slow that our waitress made a whiskey sour on her own. We ordered a bottle of wine and it took 30 mins for them to tell us they didn’t have it. The food was good and it was quite comical all the problems we had.

   Server Liam was great. Gave me two dark beer options to try out. Handled our party of 8 with ease. He was personable and attentive. The food was good for our hungry people. A lively place with a good beer selection and something on the menu for each of us. Great place for us!
