   We made a reservation, obviously on OpenTable and when we got there, we were put in the strangest spot at a table beside a large group of 10 men and the space between our table and their table was so tight that the servers could barely fit through so on multiple occasions they would have to pass by our table and every time, their butts would basically be on our table and it was awkward and uncomfortable. As well, the gentleman that were sitting to my right at that long table were sitting backed up so far that I literally could’ve put just my elbow out and touched his back. As well I had a Caesar salad which I usually love at the keg, but it was not up to standards, the perfect amount of dressing that is normally on it wasn’t there and It was covered (and I mean covered) in garlic, which was over kill and I was unable to finish it or enjoy it. We also ordered the garlic baked shrimp as an appetizer, which also was not up to the usual standard sat the keg. Usually, it’s my favourite thing and it was just ok, lacked flavour. My fillet mignon and potatoes were great as usual. My partners meal was not great. He had a steak sandwich type thing which was like a beef dip I guess and the prime rib on it was undercooked, but by the time someone came to check on us, it was too late to ask for a new sandwich and he basically ate everything that wasn’t too undercooked. We had cheesecake and crème brûlée for dessert which were tasty. Overall, not the best experience and my partner said he would not return.

   Was a bit disappointed last time but they more than made up for it last night. Excellent experience last night. Absolutely brilliant.

   We were sat in a cozy nook perfect for a romantic dinner. The prime rib is cooked to perfection. The French onion soup is the best in the city! Billy Miner pie is the incoming on the cake to a lovely evening. Our server Jason was polished on his delivery and so friendly. 10/10 hats off to Jason and The Keg. We will be back.

   Three members of our party expressed surprise that even though we had a reservation we had to wait with a hand held reminder device. The phrase used by these three people is that "I've never experienced this at the Keg, they are usually very good about reservations". Those of us who aren't regular attendees weren't put off as much as your regular customers were. Had we realized that reservations don't mean actual reservations and just a shorter line wait up our expectations would have been lessened. I received a reminder through the App but also received a direct call from the Keg. That call could have been used to lower my expectations and my party's expectations on what a reservation at the Keg now means.

   We have a lovely waitress, food was really good but we felt so rushed. We were about halfway through our appetizer when our dinners were brought to us. There is no room on the table. I did not like this at all. It was my husband 60th birthday and we were trying to have a nice celebration but felt very rushed. Not our server's fault, but I felt that you guys are pushing us through because you were running late unacceptable.

   Was a very busy restaurant and extremely loud with lots of parties. The food and service was excellent. Food was well paced. Expensive and price increases were noticeable.
