We attended prior to a concert at Marvel Stadium. We booked ahead( a straight forward process using the website) and arrived slightly early. The place was busy but extremely organised and well staffed. Our orders were delivered promptly and the food was exactly as described. We therefore had a stress free and pleasant dinner leaving in plenty of time for our concert. It is not the place for an intimate dinner and chat, but ideal if you want good food presented on time and with efficient and friendly service.

Great pub food, prompt service and great prices! Nearby to the marvel stadium so was good after the game to grab a bite to eat.

The food at the King Hotel is good value - and the service is good also. The trivia was a lot of fun :)

For a Thursday night when the footy is on the big screen, the place was buzzing with noise and a great atmosphere. Staff were attentive and very efficient. We enjoyed our schnitzels and the summer salad with grilled prawns but were left somewhat underwhelmed by the Thursday $15 pizza special. Normal pizza menu options weren't available to choose from (3 choices only) and the pizza size was smaller than was seen being served earlier in the week. Taste and quality of the food was very good.

Meals took way too long to come out, some of us had finished our meals before other received theirs. A person had to miss out on lunch as he had to leave at 12:55 and still wasn't ready. We arrived 12:05pm

I took my American in-laws to the Trivia Night at The King and it was an absolute blast. The staff were fantastic, food was great, prices were very fair and the trivia master was a genuinely good bloke who made the night a great success.

We had booked a table for 5 people at 5.30pm as we were going to see Paul McCartney at Marvel Stadium. We were pleasantly greeted at the door and promptly seated. Very happy with the service. Food was great. Prices were average. The place was so damn noisy that we couldn't hear each other talk. We quickly ate and left, then had drinks around the corner at a more quieter place. Otherwise, it was an overall good experience and would recommend it.

Was a noisy environment, hard to have a conversation, but enjoyed the meals and service. Glad I booked, was very busy.

Fun trivia night! Food it's ok for it's valued. Kitchen closes a bit early, tho. A nice place overall. I highly recommend to try the trivia on wednesday
