   Best Sunday roast I have ever had, and we have had a lot….great place, great service and incredible food. Well done to the leather bottle, different class.

   Delicious food, friendly service and fairly priced. The soup was wonderful and I might go back this week for lunch just to have it again.

   Haven’t been for many years and had a great meal with great service. Food was good and the 3 courses came out timed to perfection. The pub has had a big makeover since we last visited making it a pleasant environment.

   On top of regular visits we went Christmas Day (2nd year) and NYE for food. We were a bit late to book Xmas but they did everything they could to accommodate us. Good service and friendly staff every time we visit. Great food including Maureen’s Pie and Mash - great idea! What also adds to their premier service is how accommodating they are with dogs. Great pub highly recommended

   Beautiful pub/restaurant. Friendly and helpful staff. Food was lovely. Decor and christmas decorations are beautiful. The only criticism was my calamari starter consisted of 5 pieces which was disappointing for the money. That being said I will be returning, I'll just choose a different starter.

   Lovely pub with extremely friendly staff, a great menu and delicious food. We had a lovely meal today for my son’s birthday. We received great service from beginning to end. They kindly turned the heating up for us, and made a cocktail for us which was not on the menu- in fact nothing was too much trouble. We all enjoyed our food which we felt was good value for money. We’ll definitely visit again.

   Excellent all round as usual. Lovely place, good food and atmosphere and excellent with our dog too. Treat and water on arrival. Always love going here

    Arrived in good time and was shown to our table. We asked if we could move to the table next to us which was also laid up for 2 people but they said they could not dobthstcasvtheyvwere to busy. Service was good as was the food which was hot. Desserts was a good choice although the waitress had to ask what the sundae and cheesecake of the day were.
