Awful restaurant service. The restaurant was beyond freezing when entering. The restaurant maybe had 4 tables when we arrived. Our waiter struggled with placing our order. A virgin pina colada was ordered, asked twice for it as it was forgotten. When our food arrived, a salad and Sid spectator tots was missing. We asked for both. Mind you an order of potatoes was originally given to us that we did not order: it took another 20 mins for the side salad and tater tots to come out. Except, more potatoes came out deposited us asking an additional three times for tater tots. Not sure why tatter tots was so hard to understand. When our bills were brought to us, we had three of the same bill. Ours had the potatoes on it that we never order and were told don’t worry about it, it’s not being charged. Yet it was on our bill. It took another 30 minutes for us to have fixed bills, to have our cards swiped and returned. Again, the restaurant was dead. Waiter was aware of filling water cups but did not check on us regularly with food. Would not return here or recommend it

Waitress could have cared less. Management had to intervene and did a good job.

I took my sister-in-law and her boyfriend who was in town to the lookout. We have been there before so I knew that they would have great food and it was all amazing. The view is great and my sister-in-law and her boyfriend said they love their food. They also had great food for my two kids.

The staff went above and beyond to make our dining experience exceptional! 😋 The food was delicious and the recommendations for the daily specials were spot on. 🎉 It was the perfect place to celebrate a birthday, thanks to Jeanie and Ana's amazing communication. 📞 They made sure the food was perfect and even accommodated a change in my toddler's meal preference from chicken to kalua pork. 🍕 They were so understanding and took great care of our kids. We really appreciated how they rushed the pizza order for us. 👍🏼 While we had a not-so-great experience before, this visit completely changed our minds. I'm open to further discuss additional improvements, if given the opportunity to assist with advancing the service. All in all we enjoyed our dinner & service. We'll definitely be back! #AmazingService #DeliciousFood #BirthdayCelebration

We went when had live music. The performer was good. Sorry I didn’t take notice of his name. We had a party of 6, and our waitress (I didn’t get her name either😩) was sooooooo awesome. She was very friendly, helpful and patient. When I got my food, I was dismayed to find sesame seeds in the panko mix. (I am allergic to sesame seeds.) when I tried to order something else, she asked “what was the problem?” So I told her that on the description of my dish there was no mention of sesame seeds that’s why I ordered it. I told her not to worry I could just take it for my son to eat. She immediately apologized asked me what I wanted to order. She insisted on making things right. I appreciated that. Our experience here was awesome.
