Once called the Glass Factory and mainly operating as a wedding venue, we have transitioned into a speakeasy lounge that will be open to the public on certain days and will be available for events on certain days of the week! Still very industrial down to its bones, this hybrid space now displays a timeless art deco decor and upscale eats and drinks. Great food & staff. However, they did not have enough staff to handle the crowd they had. We arrived at 7 and didn’t get meals until 9. Drinks had a long wait. Overall good food and drinks, just very slow on service.

The Lounge is a neat concept. The atmosphere was good. It has that old time jazz bar feel to it, except the basketball game on the big screen. Seems like playing Al Capone on the big screen would be more fitting to the atmosphere. Perhaps the biggest disappointment was the menu. If you are looking for more than just appetizers, you won’t find it at The Lounge. The menu consists of drinks and appetizers only. We had the deviled eggs, crab cakes and waygu ravioli. They were decent. The three appetizers and 2 drinks ran $104. Maybe not the best bang for your buck, but if you want a cool place to hang out, give The Lounge a try.

Our first time into The Lounge, and we were so impressed! It feels so lovely to be in a designed space. Everything about the experience felt intentional and well executed. Their pricing is on the higher end of what our market is putting out there, but I felt that the quality of the drink, food, ambiance, music, overall experience was delivered to or above satisfaction at every level. It felt like a great value to me. We are early 40s with two kids under 10. Our date to The Lounge felt like we had gone out of town, and we were less than 5 miles from our house.

Great ambiance and wonderful live music. Our menu choices tasted amazing, and the plate presentation of each was excellent! Our main waitress left a lot to be desired, but the extraneous table servers were wonderful. I would give it a 4 of 5 stars.

Great atmosphere/ ambiance. Food was delicious; however, small portions for cost. Staff very friendly but service was a bit slow. Live entertainer was fantastic the evening we went. Overall a fun but expensive date night, will reserve for special occasions only due to cost.

The environment of the place was excellent. Not too loud aside from the group near our table. The price of the bamboo tapas for how much food was out of proportion. We may return in the future but most likely just for a drink

Great atmosphere. You feel like you’re immersed in a new world as soon as you walk in. Food is incredible and the drinks. They had a really good musician that night. She was respectful of volume and really added to the overall feel of the evening. It’s becoming our go to place.

The cocktails and environment were lovely. The food was very average for the price they were charging. The service was very underwhelming. The hostess was kind enough. The woman bussing the tables was eager to take things prematurely. The waitress gave no introduction, guidance or kindness off throughout the night. Jonesboro has nothing like this, and it is needed. But some fine tuning is needed. It was odd to us they had no liquor list and only 4 signature cocktails since it is marketed as a speak easy. And honestly embarrassing the waitress said “maybe one of the salads” when asked about what would be gluten friendly. The shrimp were 2/5, the pimento dip was 4/5, the Gruyère dip was 3.5/5, the crème brûlée was 2/5, Arancini was 4/5, and Bolognese was 1/5. Typically when I eat one to three bites out of a dish and tell them they can take it, they ask if it was ok - but nothing was said. If I return it will be to order cocktails and sit at the bar to people watch.
