This 1930's-style restaurant balances a sophisticated and intimate dining experience with a casual and friendly atmosphere. Specializing in seafood and steak, the Chop House serves a traditional upscale menu and features weekly specials. The restaurant boasts an extensive wine and martini list, including our popular Moscow Mule, as well as local vodkas, whiskeys and liqueurs.

The Chop House is a gem found nestled among the brick buildings lining Historic Downtown Loveland. Reservations are always encouraged, especially for large parties. The Chop House's Roosevelt Room is perfect for hosting private events, such as seminars and business meetings or holiday parties and rehearsal dinners. The steaks were very tasty and the waitstaff service was excellent. Desserts would be just right if they were a little smaller.

We came with another couple and thoroughly enjoyed our evening at the chophouse. Everything was perfect. Great staff and perfect atmosphere! We highly recommend this place.

Service was great. Food was good, steaks prepared as ordered. Filet was perfect but the New York Strip was on the tough side.

One of the best steak houses I have been to in a long time. Staff was great, drinks were legit, brought my 78 year old Mom on a Saturday night and the team made her feel right at home. steaks were top of the line. Can’t wait to come back next time I am in town

The food was delectable and our service was absolutely excellent. We had a quiet corner where we could all hear each other—that made the evening!

Thank you for your Feedback Edward. We appreciate that you took the time to give us your thoughts on your visit. Slow service and tough steak certainly is not our standard and we will address the issues with the staff. As for the noise level in the restaurant we do offer our private dining room if its available on the evening you choose to dine with us. Generally its a more quiet environment than our main dining area.

Food quality continues to deminish. Poor quality prep, mashed potatoes put on plate with ice cream scoop like in a canteen, food was cold, tornadoes looked like hamburger patties. Tuna was stringy, Service was good and pleasant.

Thank you for your feedback Doug. Cold food should never be presented here at the Chophouse and or service staff should have offered to have the food recooked. We strive to maintain the highest quality of food and service and its disapointing that we failed to meet your standards. We will look into ways we can improve the quality of the tuna, tournedos and mash potatoes. We will take this feedback to heart and try to improve from it. Thank you for giving us your time.
