   A beautiful, very distinct venue. Delicious food; great considerate service. A lovely place to go and have a special occassion, not the cheapest but you don't mind the higher rate when you are getting such great food, service and venue.

   I would like to request a full refund from last nights valentine’s set menu. 14/02/2025 Me and my Mrs dined at the valentine’s evening they held there too and it was beautiful (Date last year was (14/02/2024) but last nights evening (14/02/2025) was shocking I can’t lie. We didn’t get seated until 30 minutes after our arrival time which I’ll say is not a great start but what really got on my nerves was the waiting time for the whole evening and to be honest, we didn’t feel looked after at all. It was almost like it was a chore to approach us and serve us for what we wanted to order. My Mrs straight away thought smart and said “let’s just order everything now” which I didn’t like as I felt RUSHED. But it was the only way to get hold of getting fed properly. I then ordered an Asahi pint and my Mrs ordered a Pornstar Martini and I’m not going exaggerate, I tried my Mrs’s Pornstar Martini and it wasn’t even shaking properly and the Asahi pint ended up being half of a pint. Brilliant lol. After all of this, we then had another approach and it was the waiter serving us our mains before starter’s and I wasn’t happy about this at all. Surely everyone knows that a starter arrives before a mains? No? Shocking I must say. I genuinely didn’t want to pay for it last night as everything I ordered wasn’t worth the value or taste.    The decor of the restaurant is lovely, shame the food and service didn’t match. Table booked for 8pm and we left at 9:50pm still waiting for our main to arrive at the table. We ate the inedible starter and had two drinks in nearly two hours. So many people were waiting and complaining. They limited the menu as it was valentines but if you do that to make it easier then ensure that the food is good and the service on point. Very disappointing and has put us off attending again

   Initially the venue was pleasant and the starter was nice. But the main took over an hour to arrive. It was ok but not something I’d say I’d order again. We then waited again to order desert and again had to wait for the bill. Clearly very busy and having a set menu I’m amazed it still took us 31/4 hrs to have 3 courses. The poor people next to us waited longer for their mains to only be served the wrong thing and for it to be uncooked. Overall could be improved significantly on the food side, we won’t be rushing back that’s for sure.

   The fixed price meal was expensive but reasonable value for money for a special Valentine’s meal. We had an early table @ 5.30 pm so the food arrived quickly and was very tasty. The ribeye steak and bone-in rib were excellent. The restaurant soon filled up and the ambiance improved. The staff were very attentive and helpful. The Salsa dance couple were good dancers but it was a challenge for them in the confined space between tables! The service could have been improved by heating the plates and providing condiments at the table.

   We had to eat with our coats on as it was so cold in there. Which completely ruined our experience. We asked a waitress why it was so cold to which she replied, im not cold! The food was average. Nothing great. Staff were slow. We were suppose to be making a night of it but left to go home as we were to cold.

   Saturday evening 4 person reservation. 8 persons without reservation given table next to ours. They were clearly in a drunken state on arrival at restaurant. Their behaviour was totally unacceptable. Management did nothing to address this situation which ruined our 2 birthday celebration dinner. These persons left without paying for their food and many drinks. Never again will we dine at this restaurant.

   My friend asked for the fillet steak to be cooked ‘blue to rare with no salt added’. It was cooked to perfection and was a formidable size too. The service was very attentive but discreet and we both had an excellent meal together.

    Walked in and the restaurant smelt of burning/singeing, not bbq or anything nice. It wasn't pleasant. Our table wasn't ready and tables had to be dragged together for the 6 of us, despite the fact that the restaurant was empty. Ordered tabbouleh for starter and they didn't have it so suggested an alternative which I agreed to. Turned out the alternative was exactly what I was having for my main. So I had the same thing twice I don't know why they did that. And it wasn't great at all. The others in my party said their meals were ok. Service felt awkward and stilted. £282 pounds for 6 people is an incredible amount, especially when the meal wasn't very good. You would want to be wowed for that price. £4.50 for a kids fanta is just awful! Personally I wouldn't waste your money on it.
