   Outstanding dinner this evening right before seeing the US Navy band play in the Elon Alumni auditorium. Try the butternut squash ravioli with sage and brown butter and capers… It’s awesome!

   The service and the food at this restaurant are wonderful! I highly recommend it as a local choice for fresh food ingredients and a creative menu.

   Brunch menu was broad and offered both traditional and specialty dishes. Portion sizes were ample and sides were the perfect compliment. Service was exceptional and very personable. Looking forward to experiencing their Dinner menu soon.

   Reserved here for a last minute Valentines Dinner; the table setting and service was good; but the place was way too casual for the atmosphere and price, and some other guests were very loud and disruptive. Overall, the food and drinks were good, but this was not the setting we were expecting.

   The Mark is convenient and clean. Just misses the mark on the food and pricing. Flavors don’t work, technique is less than professional.

   Had our annual Valentine’s Day dinner at The Mark. As always we greatly enjoyed the meal and the atmosphere. My only complaint was that the Jambalaya was way too spicy. It was excellent, but it should come with a warning. Everything about the evening was pleasant, relaxed, and romantic. Our server, Riley, was very attentive and a pleasure to talk to. I certainly recommend a visit for a terrific meal and overall experience.

   I love eating here. I love the she crab soup. I made Valentines reservations weeks in advance and confirmed the reservation when they called me the week before for Valentine’s Day they never mentioned that the menu was courses and it was completely different from the regular menu and much higher in price. We got there at time for our reservation at 7:15 we left at 9:30 the meal drug forever. We waited from course to course forever. We had to stop staffed to get another beverage while waiting for the next course. It was overpriced and not as expected. I’m very disappointed. I feel bad. I made the reservation for dinner for Valentine’s Day here. The meal was not worth the price and it certainly wasn’t worth the the time spent there I wanted to leave I’m very disappointed. There were options on the menu of four entrées and they were out of one of the major entrées by 7 o’clock in the evening that’s unacceptable. In my opinion I feel like we should get a refund for the meal that we were served. Ir was overpriced and not a good experience. They were not prepared at all. They were even out of beer that was on the menu. Come on for a fun hotel and restaurant you can do better.
