Had a wonderful meal to celebrate our anniversary during restaurant week. The host greeted us with “Happy anniversary” and the staff signed an anniversary card which was given to us upon seating. A very special touch. Our waitress Yvette had a bubbly personality and was very attentive. We were treated to a glass of sparkling wine to start off our anniversary dinner. The dinner was awesome. Linguine carbonara was excellent as was the main pork chop dish. Both desserts (lemon cheesecake and chocolate bar) were divine and specially marked with “happy anniversary”. The Matheson really made our anniversary dinner special.

Four of us chose the Chef’s selection, five courses and we added a wine pairing. Each course was excellent and they were small portions so it was good to get through the meal full but not stuffed. The wines were excellent selections and paired well with each course. Alll four of agreed that every course was excellent. The service was friendly and good with appropriate timing between courses. All in all we agreed that it was one of the best meals we have had.

Always a spectacular experience. Food is thoughtful and textured, service is attentive and professional. Fun and fabulous!

Absolutely fantastic experience. Service was excellent from the get go and the food was to die for. Hubby and I shared the Sunday prime rib dinner, frites, and a few glasses of Lichen Moonglow Pinot Noir. We will definitely be coming back.

Great tasting foods. Portions are light so you may want an appetizer and/or salad in addition to the meal. Everything was really tasty and cooked perfectly. I’ve been in louder restaurants for sure but I would’ve preferred a little more quiet so that conversations at the table could be held without significant raising of the voice.

The best meal I’ve had in Healdsburg!! Everything from the cocktails to dessert was amazing! And the service was prompt and exceptional. Will definitely return!!
