   The food and drinks are great. Atmosphere is amazing if a bit noisy. Service is top notch and their dessert is amazing

   Our waiter, Claudia, was overly asking if we were still working on our dinner when she could see we still had half of our food on plates. During the first 30 minutes after receiving our food she approached us at least five times, seems the minute I put food in my mouth she was there asking the same question which was very annoying. To me and my granddaughter seems she was trying to rush us to finish, maybe because of our race. Sure it doesn't matter to them but I will not return.

   The food was exceedingly bad except for the lobster elote appetizer. Our waiter spoke faster than an auctioneer (no exaggeration), and staff snatched our plates before we’d even finished. Simply preposterous. Worse, the valet and manager ignored us entirely while they carried on a loud personal conversation at the entrance. This was uncomfortable as we had to walk directly between the two of them to enter. Yes, it is beautifully decorated, but that’s about all it has going for it. We won’t be back.

   Emerald was very attentive and friendly, tequila tasting with Alejandro was AWESOME. We had a great time and the food was delicious.
