   After eagerly awaiting the completion of renovations, I finally had the chance to dine at Mexicano, and it was absolutely worth the wait! I visited with a friend for a belated birthday luncheon, and from the moment I walked in, I knew this would be a special experience. We were greeted by warm, friendly staff, and the manager even wished me a happy birthday upon arrival—such a thoughtful touch! Our server was fantastic—professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful in answering our menu questions. The meal began with drinks, along with chips and a delicious salsa. I ordered the shrimp cocktail, and wow—what a portion! It felt like a never-ending bowl of shrimp; every time I thought I was done; I’d find another one hiding! I also tried the watermelon salad, which was fresh, flavorful, and just as generously portioned. Somehow, I managed to finish both! My friend had the taco salad, which was also impressively large and satisfying. Iced tea lovers will appreciate that our server refilled my glass without me having to ask—a small but appreciated detail. Our water glasses were also frequently refreshed, which added to the excellent service. The newly renovated patio and interior look absolutely stunning—it was already a lovely space before, but now it’s even more beautiful! And because it was a birthday lunch, I was treated to a complimentary flan and let me tell you—the best flan I have ever had! So creamy, so delicious—pure perfection. To top off the experience, the manager stopped by to thank us for coming. We had a great chat about the renovations, and of course, we raved about our incredible server and meal. He even returned with a to go glass of iced tea. This was truly a five-star experience, and I can’t wait to return—perhaps for happy hour next time, which looked very tempting! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Highly recommended!

   I loved the place and staff’s energy music was a little loud but wasn’t a problem overall the specific music selections were great!!!

   Food was very good but it was so loud you have to shout to be heard. Also, they keep passing our table to bring our order. They forgot the panela cheese to our molcajete dish but overall the food was very good and our server was great.

   Mexicano is now a must for us when we visit! The food and everything about the restaurant is top notch with creative food choices and flavors. The staff is top notch and we had a great experience!

   The music was way way way too loud and with a pounding beat. Could not hear anyone speaking..we even tried to see if the patio was quieter and it wasnt...they had fun dancers and transformer light up guys walking around but the music made everything not work for us.

   Our waitress is one of the best. However the service was awful/ not due to her, do to short staffing. We waited 20 min for water and to place our drink order. Food came out at different times for our table. The last meal was served almost 10 min after the first entree came out. Our table was never bussed.

   The food was AMAZING!! The vibe, all of the waiters and waitresses and managers walking around had the BEST energy! Definitely made our overall experience so wonderful, no doubt about it I will be returning !

    What a great time! We visited the Scottsdale location so we could see what was coming to our neighborhood in Chandler and we are super excited. What a fun, immersive experience. Everyone, and I mean everyone, was friendly and helpful and wanted to make sure our experience was the absolute best. Matteo made it great.
