Had a lovely meal staff very polite only let down by 1 minor thing was given a free drink for forgetting something and when we got the bill we had been charged for it.

I made a booking with the restaurant based on the menu but when we arrived we got a completely different menu due to Covid and being outside am guessing...but this should have been stated on the website! The bench sitting was not expected as well as i had not been to the restaurant before, was not comfortable at all. I also rang in advance to find out if there were outside heaters as i was bringing kids, was told there are gazebos and heaters only to find no gazebo's with limited heaters spaced out randomly between tables. The food was served in take away boxes and wooden cutlery, so this was uncomfortable to eat. Food and drinks took long to be served and we waited ages for the bill. To conclude, we will not be going back.

Nice atmosphere, food was small portions, had to order more sides, I had the 7’ pizza which was tiny and was a thin base so I would say it was a child’s size when ordering. Drinks were a fair price. Service was ok

The COVID measure were not great, had people moving from table to table, groups of people jumping from table to table to talk. Drinks and food going to the wrong table then forgotten about. Long wait, alot of staff but noone making sure people stay to the tables there assigned. I get it's outside and u can mix but not to the extent of jumping table to table over again.

Booked 2 tables and both orders went in a few minutes apart,our table service took a while but our friends table the food took nearly 90 mins to be served after prompting staff twice. I am afraid it spoilt our evening as was waiting far too long.

Lovely to be back and enjoying a drink and food with friends , the mill bar made are experience an enjoyable one and will be returning

It was lovely to be back out and in the local again. Food was quick and was from Portmans rather than the main menu which is a shame, but we did know this when we booked. Food was quick, hot and lovely and the drinks were also quick to the table. We were seated and all ordering is done table side so no moving around. Nice and chilled but chilly - please invest in some patio heaters or blankets! Bring a big coat and a hat as all seating it outside in the carpark under cover.
