Open Tuesday to Sunday with food served all day from noon.
We now have 3 Giant heated Tipis, they provide lots of fresh air and a lovely open environment, they are also heated.

Formerly an 18th Century farmhouse boasting exposed beams, oak floors, exposed brickwork and oak tables. This leads to a very relaxed and cosy atmosphere with candle lit tables and real flame stoves.

The cuisine is typically modern European, classically cooked using cornerstones such as stock pots to create their sauces with a brigade that has a passion for what they do.

This is exciting times for the pub which now has a new bar serving real ale straight from the cask. Be sure to check out the website regularly to keep up with the latest events and offers.

                                                                                                                    4 of us had a Sunday roast, 1 veggie and 3 meat dishes. The food was absolutely superb, plenty of vegetables and a fantastic creamy leak dish too. The result was 4 empty plates and 4 happy customers. The staff are all friendly and the Tepee was warm considering it’s made of canvas and the atmosphere was good. We’ll certainly return again in the future.

                                                                                                                    We received a very warm welcome, food & service was fantastic but there was one thing that could be improved, behind us the waiting staff were cleaning cutlery and putting into a jar, this went on for about 25mins & so noisy we could not speak to each other. We went early and glad we did as this place gets busy especially car park, we have already booked to go again. I would recommend.

                                                                                                                    Having not been here for a while, bit of a disappointing experience. Long wait to be shown to our table and order taken then a further 45 minutes for food to arrive. One dish we wanted was sold out at at 7.30pm. When the food arrived it was lovely, just a shame it took so long. When we asked where our food was we were told the kitchen was backed up. Maybe we could have been told that and offered a complimentary drink or nibbles rather than sitting and waiting for so long.

                                                                                                                    Food was very good. However, service was slow particularly for drinks orders. We had to chase our drinks order each time.

                                                                                                                    The bar and restaurant staff were very efficient, professional, and friendly. I had the roast beef dinner, very tasty, big portion size, so the smaller plate option might have suited me more. My partner had fish & chips, which he enjoyed. Reasonable price meal, drinks on the more expensive side but wouldn't put us off going again. Overall really enjoyed our meal Please note the car park does get busy.

                                                                                                                    Our roast dinner was absolutely delicious, the staff were very friendly and helpful. We’ll be back again soon. Thank you to all the staff and to the chefs, the food was delicious.
