Join us for the very best of modern British dining looking out over Cheltenham's newest, iconic and timeless vista.

The Nook On Five uses produce from the best butchers, fishmongers, grocers, creameries, distilleries and vineyards to create dishes and experiences both fun and fine.

Serving Breakfast, Lunch, Afternoon Tea and Dinner, take in mouth-watering bites overlooking the Cotswolds and the rooftops of Montpellier.

Headed up by Alisha Phillpotts, the kitchen carefully selects the finest produce to cook up a refined evening à la carte menu, alongside a fab lunch and all day menu of modern British classics and twists.

The bar and cellar offers an extensive English section to our wine list and serve up some fantastic cocktails which you can take out to our rooftop terrace.

Celebrate Christmas Day with us at The Nook On Five. A Caviar reception and 6 course set menu with choices for mains and desserts. Christmas day now has 3 sittings at 12pm, 13:15pm and 3:30pm. 12pm will have a time limit on their tables for 3 hours. After which you are more than welcome to stay at our bar and continue to enjoy your drinks. All Christmas Day bookings are to be paid no later than 8th December 2024. Please let us know in advance of any dietary requirements.
New Years Eve Dinner & Party

Join us for a special New Years Eve dinner, guests to arrive at 7pm. Choose between our land, plant and sea menu, followed by live music and bagpipes at midnight. Champagne included. Please note, our usual A La Carte menu will not be offered for NYE evening as an alternative menu.

We had previously been to The Nook and had a lovely meal, nice atmosphere with a pianist and had a lovely time. This time the pianist was drowned by the diners. Our table of 2 was sat alongside a party of 8 and a party of 12, who were have a lovely time, but were talking over each other loudly and were well lubricated. This was not an ideal positioning for a table for 2 to have a nice meal and a conversation over drinks. The amount of glass in the restaurant does not act as a sound proofer to this level of noise. Might pop in for a drink but not a meal.

Lovely venue but experience underwhelming . Limited menu, slow service and food average. Although the staff were polite and pleasant, requests for bread at the table and condiments were either too late arriving or did not happen. Disappointing.

Overall it was lovely. It was a shame that we couldn't eat outside on the rooftop as it was drinks only despite asking to sit outside if weather allowed on my booking. Fruit scone had 2 pieces of fruit in but was warm and yummy. The food was great although my personal preference would be to have more savoury as we couldn't eat all the sweet bits! Would definitely go back!
