My meal was delicious and my husbands was also, he did say the Grouper was a little salty…might let up on a little of the salt on the Grouper….otherwise it was wonderful it was Valentines so I know the staff was very busy…..

Service is slow and servers need more training . Food was good but my wife ordered bread with her salad and they didn’t have any ready. Many drinks on the cocktail menu were unavailable. Setting is nice but chairs are too low for the tables.

We thoroughly enjoyed our lunch. Marlena was excellent and very attentive. Our food was superb and we enjoyed every bite. My husband loved the shrimp gumbo and we both loved the blackened grouper. We finished our meal with crème brûlée which was excellent. Definitely will be returning in the very near future.

Our second experience. Excellent service and short ribs and shrimp and grits were great. Only issue was I ordered the fillet but they ran out, so shrimp and grits was the substitute. Dinner was on a Sunday night so a small number of diners.

Our server was awesome. Our food was delicious. And the atmosphere was wonderful. Nice to have somewhere like this to go in our county to enjoy a wonderful meal. I will definitely patronize this restaurant often.

Once again the Oaks did a fabulous job. Such a delight to have a top quality experience. Our waitress M was a delight and the food is superb. It has become our go to place for a very special dining experience. Oh and the view is a stunner you will relax the moment you sit down.

Oaks on the River is one of our favorite places to Dine for Sunday Brunch. The atmosphere is quiet and friendly staff drop by our table to see if there’s anything else we may need.
