   I was having a business meeting and it was impossible to speak. My clients were shouting that they started to cough. I wished that our server was more attentive and relocated us to the back where it was quiet. I had asked but the tables were reserved. However there were empty ones. Also I made the reservation and while I waited for my guests to arrive, thinking that they were 10 mins late… they had been seated at a different table. My guest ordered a pain burger, just meat, lettuce and bun. She received a fully dressed burger. When we told the waitress that there was a mistake, she made us feel like it was our fault, even though we all heard very clearly that the request was for a plain burger. When the burger was returned, it seems as if they used the original bun so it was soggy. My guest and client did not eat more than a bite full. . This was a very important meeting, and I left feeling very disappointed that it wasn’t perfect. In fact, a friend of mine who has a relationship with the general manager, called ahead and told that this was an important meeting. The experience was less than stellar. I often go to the office with my partner on Saturday afternoon And the experience has always been excellent. Today was truly an exception, and I am very disappointed..

   This was my first time to this location. The restaurant had a great vibe and food was good. The day we attended it was very busy with pre-holiday lunch traffic so we were expecting it to be a bit slow. We were surprised with how slow it was - it was almost 2 hours for lunch for 4 people and we waited quite a long time for both appetizers and mains. I will attend again in hopes it was a one-off with service levels and kitchen delays, but perhaps when I have more time in my day!

   We went The Office for our holiday team lunch. The food was great and due to the season, it was noisier than my previous visit. We shared some appetizers - highly recommend the guacamole! I tried the chicken club which was delicious. I didn’t have room for dessert but the team shared the sticky toffee pudding, which was a hit. Definitely going back to try a few other things on the menu.

   Typical downtown restaurant. Good food. Fusion orientated, but wishing there were more vegetarian options.

   Foods could be better by less salt, using thinner flat bread. Server could have done better job to provide better and faster services especially during lunch rush hour. That would help to get your table turn faster as well.

   First time trying this new venue. It was refreshing and nice to see some menu changes from the regular Calgary downtown lunch experience.

   This was a very unpleasant experience. They seemed inexperienced with customer service. The minute we walked in there wasn’t anyone to help us find our seating, we had to walk around the restaurant to get help. There was barely anyone in the restaurant on a Saturday night. The food was terrible and so was the quality. Not worth the price. Overall I don’t recommend this place, very disappointing.

   Sadly I did not have the best experience at The Office last night. Our server did not remove menus or used plates. Not once was our water refilled, nor were we asked. I received my main course, and the scallops were overcooked. They should not have had a steak consistency. When I communicated this to my server, her response was “OK, perfect!” This was not an appropriate response. I do not foresee me dining again at this establishment any time soon.

   The scallops were cooked perfectly. We got there early and tried a selection of the margaritas. The blood orange and mango were awesome. Max is the GM. He was very friendly and made us feel at home. Definitely recommend the place. We’d go back again for sure.
