   Overall we really enjoyed our experience and would come back again. Food was very good, would love to see more GF options. It was a busy night and service was slow…although the food did not take long to come out. I’d rather slow service, than to feel rushed.

   It was a cool spot. Though the food offered were odd choices on the menu. So there were two gnocchi items on the menu. Then there was a beef and pasta dish that was mac and cheese tossed with steak. It just seemed odd to me. There was only one steak entree.

   The service was exceptional, and the desserts—particularly the hot chocolate cake and cheesecake—were outstanding. However, finding a restaurant that truly masters steak preparation remains a challenge. Despite this, I would certainly return.

   An amazing eclectic ambience. Food was delicious. Well crafted cocktails Our waitress was wonderful. Will definitely come back.

   We had the separate jail room. Fits 4-6 comfortably. Very nice ambiance.

   Had a wonderful time with family! Service was excellent, and the food was very delicious. I had the salmon meatballs and orzo - yum! The pries of drinks is quite high compared to most other places.

   First time coming here and was not disappointed. Love the environment, the use of the Old Jailhouse. You get theming and history of downtown Sanford. The food was excellent! Had some starters with croquettes, pretzels and Calamari! So delicious, the flavors came out in all of the dishes. Then the entree’s so fresh, inventive and delicious. Tried a little bit of family dishes, from NY strip to their burger to Steak Mac. The staff super friendly, tentative and gave good recommendations! Will be back most definitely.

    We had a wonderful time at the old jail house. Our service was phenomenal! I ordered the chicken gnocchi and my husband had the belly up burger both were excellent. We also had the butternut squash and brussels sprouts as sides. The drinks were fantastic and fun, especially experiencing for the first time what a nutmeg bubble was. Will definitely return and highly recommend this restaurant for anyone who’s interested in fun ambience and good food.
