Great service by waitress and three of four of our steaks were amazing. One was over cooked but we didn’t have time to send it back. We waited about 40 min to get a table, which was a bit frustrating given so many empty tables. With that said, we love having The Palm as an option for Thanksgiving and they serve their full menu, which is appreciated.

We had reservations but the restaurant was really behind as we were seated 35 mins late. From that point on, the service was really good! Ordered the ribeye steak. Ehh. Tasted as if the steak was previously frozen. Ordered medium rare but the steak lacked the quality and taste known for a ribeye. Bland at best. Sides were excellent. Cream Spinach and mushrooms are awesome. Have been eating at The Palm steakhouse for over 15 years, this location is lacking the quality we have come to expect from the Palm. The booth could have been cleaner from dust clearly visible on the walls and our booth light was stained. The Palm location in Orlando that we last visited prior to our visit in Charlotte was far superior when compared to food quality and cleanliness. In summary, a disappointing experience amplified by the high dollars spent.

Long time customer of Palm restaurants. We were visiting Charlotte and decided to check it out. Our server was ill equipped to work in this type of restaurant. Her knowledge of the food and wine was extremely limited and when we asked for a description of any item her only response was that is was huge. The food was on par with their other facilities except the carrot cake which tasted more like a fruit cake and was not eaten. For some reason they were out of three of the wines by the glass I attempted to order. They did comp the 4th choice for the inconvenience. Overall not a great experience

We recently dined at Palm Restaurant and unfortunately, our experience did not meet expectations. We had a reservation for 9:15 PM but felt rushed throughout our meal. Despite accepting reservations until 10 PM, the waitress informed us that the restaurant closes at 10 PM. Right at 10 PM, the staff began rearranging Christmas decorations, which was quite distracting and hindered our dining experience. There was also a lot of preparation going on to change tablecloths and glasses, so we ended up having to take our food to-go instead of enjoying it on-site, considering the meal was over $200. It's disappointing to see that reservations are accepted until 10 PM if the restaurant essentially closes at that time. Why accept a reservation if the dining experience is going to be interrupted like this? We hope management reevaluates their reservation policy to enhance future dining experiences.

Another fantastic meal at the Palm! Took advantage of the prime rib special and was glad I did…delicious! Service was top notch as always. We worked with Celine and she did a great job!!

Food was great. Service seemed want to rush us along and food came out extremely fast so great if looking for quick trip.

The Palm has been one of our favorites in Charlotte for over two decades. Great food and service.

The 2 sons and I had a boys night out. NJ was the description of a perfect waitstaff person. Food/wine/drinks were excellent. Highly recommend. Palm CLT is a classic!
