We had a wonderful lunch experience at the Palm Court. Our waiter Doug was super friendly and helpful in suggesting some great food to eat. We loved everything we ordered. Will definitely come again and hope to see Doug as well.

Palm Court is a beautiful venue; definitely a great spot for a special night out. The food was delicious and presentation beautiful. The server was very friendly and accommodating; although a little slow in attending and checking in with us. We would gladly go back.

Manager was very rude. We were late for our reservation but were kindly seated by the staff but the manager was very concerned about the kitchen closing and came to us in a rude manner forcing us to order then and there

What a gorgeous space! Being in the grand room felt luxurious and special. We ordered the artichokes, broccolini and shrimp to start. Each of these was perfectly seasoned and delicious. Then we shared the wagu steak, truffle fries, the kale and arugula salads. For dessert, we shared strawberries and cream and the banana split. The food was excellent. The service was very good, the ambiance, joyous! Loved this dining experience!

I honestly don’t know where to begin with this nightmare of a dining experience at The Palm Court at RH San Francisco. From the moment we walked in, the whole thing was an exercise in frustration, and it only went downhill from there. First off, the service was nothing short of abysmal. After being seated, we waited for a good 20 minutes before anyone even acknowledged our presence. When the waiter finally arrived, he was disinterested, barely making eye contact, and practically threw the menu at us. We had to flag down a different server just to get a simple glass of water. You’d think at these prices they could hire staff with basic manners. Now, let’s talk about the food – or should I say the lack of food. I ordered the Burger, and it was a joke. The bread was stale, the meat was overcooked unrecognizable, and there was so little seasoning that it tasted like cardboard. For $28, I expected at least something vaguely edible. My mother ordered the salad, which was just a pile of wilted lettuce drenched in a flavorless dressing. If I were a salad, I’d feel insulted by being served this pathetic mess. And don’t get me started on the presentation – it looked like it had been hastily thrown together by someone who had no interest in cooking. The ambiance might have been the only thing that almost saved this disastrous meal, but even that was marred by the incessant noise from a screaming kid to a dog barking yes I said DOG. and the cold, impersonal decor. It felt like a high-end showroom, not a restaurant where people go to relax and enjoy a meal. In short, The Palm Court at RH San Francisco might have the aesthetic appeal of a luxury retail space, but when it comes to food and service, it’s a total flop. Save your money and avoid the headache. There are plenty of other places in San Francisco where you can actually enjoy a meal.

Fantastic experience, we had been evacuated mid-lunch during the tsunami warning, and the general manager PJ and our original gracious waiter (Jordan) welcomed us back to finish what we started. Highly recommend.

10 stars! I came to The RH Palm Court to celebrate my birthday. The BEST celebration! This is one of the most beautiful restaurants in San Francisco. A hidden gem! The service (thank you Miles and Da) is perfection. The food (thank you Chef Tim) is stellar! The ambiance (dining room AND rooftop lounge) is dynamic and breathtaking! I can’t stop raving about this restaurant! You won’t be disappointed. Everything has been thoughtfully curated for the best experience- sight, sound, and taste! Special thanks to Patrick and Michael (RH Corte Madera) for suggesting The RH Palm Court. I’m so glad to have tried several RH restaurants in Chicago, Napa, Corte Madera and now SF. I can’t wait to come back!
