We had full tea service in Palm Court. The room was beautifully decorated and there was a harp player right next to our table. The service was fantastic and the food and tea were delicious. The Drake is such a classy place. Highly recommended.

Worst tea experience! Loud, chaotic and the food ranged from bland to inedible. The scones were an odd, dry bread-like roll rather than a lovely light pastry, the sandwiches were quite bland & the canelles for dessert were burnt & completely inedible. I'm really not sure how you transform cake into rubber but they managed it. After speaking with the manager, we begrudgingly recieved a discount. The pros- server was good, lemon curd & chocolate dessert were tastey & the Drake is a cool old hotel

From the carolers, the harpist, the waitstaff to the decor, the magic began as we walked to our table. Their first Holiday Tea @ The Drake exceeded the expectations of my five grandchildren. Thank you for this wonderful holiday outing!

I have been having afternoon tea here for years, and The Palm Court is a continued success! Absolutely wonderful service from Azmir! Terrifically tasty sandwiches, scones, and cakes, served with indulgence, if not extravagance! Highly recommended for any tea lover!
