   The staff was super friendly and attentive, without being intrusive. The filets were cooked perfectly, very generous sides. Loved the Junior’s cheesecake for dessert

   Dillon always takes care of us. What a terrific place to go before your downtown events. From cocktails to desserts the food is amazing.

   The service and food were phenomenal. Such a great atmosphere for dinner. The manager that took us to our table was very friendly. She came back during our meal to make sure everything was great. We will definitely be back!

   The Palm Restaurant offers a one-of-a-kind atmosphere that makes for a memorable visit. The walls are covered with hand-drawn caricatures of famous personalities, adding a touch of history and charm that sets it apart from other high-end steakhouses. The ambiance alone makes the experience worthwhile, as it’s not every day you get to dine surrounded by a visual timeline of notable figures. It’s a fun and lively setting that feels like stepping into an exclusive club where legends have gathered over the years. Service was nothing short of impeccable—attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable. The staff was quick to ensure drinks were refilled, plates were cleared promptly, and every request was met with professionalism and a genuine smile. If I were rating based solely on service, this would easily be a five-star review. Even the bread service was a standout, warm and fresh, setting high expectations for what was to come. Unfortunately, the food did not live up to the hype. I ordered the salmon, expecting a high-quality, well-prepared dish for the $44 price tag. What I received was a thin, unimpressive 4oz portion that lacked flavor and seasoning. For a restaurant of this caliber, I anticipated something far more substantial and refined. I’ve had far better meals at Connors, Fleming’s, and J. Alexander’s—places that offer more generous portions with much better execution at a similar or even lower price point. While the Palm’s legacy and atmosphere make it worth visiting at least once, I wouldn’t return for the food. If you’re looking for a fine dining experience where the meal itself is the highlight, there are plenty of better options. However, if you want to soak in the unique ambiance, enjoy stellar service, and appreciate the history on the walls, it’s an experience worth having—just don’t expect to be wowed by what’s on your plate.
