Treat To celebrate Mother’s Day and International Women’s Month, the five star Great Scotland Yard Hotel, Westminster, has specially curated a new luxurious, multi sensory Spring Afternoon Tea in partnership with Jo Loves, Veuve Clicquot and Valrhrona. Paying homage to iconic women, this extra special Afternoon Tea takes place in The Parlour, situated in this 1820’sGrade II listed building with landmarks on its doorstep. It's also the famous address of a legendary site immersed iniconic British history - originally the HQ of the Metropolitan Police, subsequently taken over by the Ministry ofDefence and also used as the recruitment office during both World Wars. Mums will receive a special gift from Jo Loves.

Favourite afternoon tea I’ve had. It’s not a huge place but its atmosphere is very calming and you don’t feel crammed in. Food was delicious with some different ingredients and flavours from your standard Afternoon Tea, and made it so much better. Staff were great, there when needed but did not hurry us at all - shout out to Anna Maria and Olanike were stand outs. Highly recommended.

Had a lively afternoon tea experience. Food was delicious. Teas were delightful too. Teas were refillable and we could change whenever we wanted. However, service here is a bit questionable. We asked one waiter if sandwiches or cakes were refillable, and he said yes. When we asked another waitress for refills, she said only one refill per person and only from the savoury ones. This particular female waitress did not really smile and seemed reluctant to serve us. We were left to enjoy our afternoon tea for as long as we liked which was nice. The savouries were delicious, the sweets were not too sweet and the scones were lovely. The menu and the waitress both mentioned the lemon jam, but there was no sign of it and no-one told us it wasn’t available.

We recently enjoyed an excellent afternoon tea at The Parlour. The menu featured a delightful selection of savory and sweet dishes, with several creative and unique twists that were particularly impressive. The service was impeccable, with attentive staff who ensured our tea was constantly replenished. I would highly recommend The Parlour for a special occasion or simply an indulgent treat.

Brought my family for afternoon tea. The restaurant was pretty but we were the only ones there and the servers seemed very annoyed. Food was decent but very sparse for the price. Not worth it for tea.

Nice atmosphere pretty good food not bad value for the price service was average (waitresses chatting to each other while we tried to reach them)

I loved the savory sandwiches and scones but sweets were just so so. Tables are to close to each other makes it awkward if you wanna start a conversation with your partner during the afternoon tea.

Live music at Christmas tea in a narrow room with a mic and speaker. Impossible to have a conversation. He was talented. I felt sorry for him. Wayyyy too loud. We left miserable. Savories were unimaginative and meager. Overpriced. Chaos
